Between March 1 and 15, we took part in the Erasmus project First Step into My Career, which focused on teaching practice. The project was aimed at students from the pedagogical track of “Elena Cuza” National College and gave us the chance to see how the Spanish education system works.
The program included a variety of activities: classroom observation in kindergartens and schools—where we were encouraged to actively take part in lessons—cultural visits and sightseeing at key Spanish landmarks, as well as opportunities to learn about local traditions.
Taking part in this project was an important step in developing our teaching skills and helped us build an intercultural perspective by blending professional experience with cultural discovery.
